I doubt if FORD will acknowledge the offer, and I can understand that.
I would imagine that the "technology" race between the BIG is like the
SKUNK works in the military. (Where are those flying saucers???)
TOP SECRET. It may also be awhile before FORD acknowledges
genuine interest. I think it was a FORD spokesman (if you can believe anyone anymore) in reference to BAAT, saying that there were plenty
of "prototype cars" out that get over 100mpg. its strange if they did say such, why they wanted to down play, instead of just saying they
did not know enough about BAAT to make a statement. I don't think FORD has loose cannons giving interviews. If the engine loan is correct and if the statement is correct, it may be a case of "media control". Not wanting to let the cat out of the bag until FORD has plenty of opportunity to take a look. But if the BAAT tech is good,
and one buys it, then I can't see any other option but all of them getting it. And I don't think any of them will be in a position to "buy"
the technology, only for themselves. Its hard to separate the crap from the truth. I'm glad BAAT has decided to "clam up" for awhile.
I don't think we'll be gettin any, "BAAT said this and BAAT said that".
AS for the naysayers. I think if enough negative posts showed up at any stock site, they would have enough effect and put enough doubts on a companies future that people will change their mind
in buying it. Whether you're talking about IBM, Microsoft, AOL, or BAAT. In all stocks you have to take a chance. By
the time you have all the information on a companies future, its too late to get in and make good. Everyone has to weight the limited facts on BAAT and decide for themselves if it is worth the risk.
