He mentions that Biden’s weakness encouraged unfriendly actors to take unfriendly steps towards us. That is true - but in case of Ukraine, we ourselves initiated a process which - if not corrected - would very predictably lead to war. It started even before the USSR fell apart.

Here’s GW Bush, in a quiet, measured tone - issuing to Ukraine an invitation to join NATO. He must have known what he was doing.

(GWB, of course, is the same genius who ordered instant “democracy” for Iraq. He’s been snotty and condescending towards Donald Trump).
