Michael, he didn't say Q-phones, he said Qcom phones. We don't even have the basic facts of a wild unsubstantiated rumour to make wild guesses at. I'm not going to mention cases again - it has to be rot. More importantly, despite what Readware and Mr Adrenaline say, these Globalstar satellites are not a doddle to launch, keep the batteries warm and have the electronic gizzards talk to each other properly. It really is rocket science. On the leading edge, which is exactly where Globalstar is, there can be problems. There were!

Meanwhile, my Qualcomm QCP820 is a great gadget. It is now working in analog only mode here and I love the little mouse on the side and the fact that it boots up and logs off like a computer. Lots of little places to click into. Sound quality is great in analog, but although dual mode cdmaOne, there is no cdmaOne service here.
