It will take a while to get to normal. I did another 1 hour walk today (for the third day in a row) pushing the rollator and it was only 3/4 mile. A lot of strength and balance is sapped by having to keep the 4-wheel walker from rolling down whichever direction is sloped downward. I'm starting outpatient physical therapy next week. Thursday is the last day of the 2-week home therapy.
