Perplexity says....... Micron Technology is expected to report strong financial results for its fiscal first quarter of 2025 after the market close today.For the current quarter: Revenue expectations: $8.72 billion, up 84% year-over-year Earnings per share (EPS) expectations: $1.76 Micron's own guidance for the quarter: Revenue: $8.5 billion to $8.9 billion EPS: $1.66 to $1.82 Forward expectations: Fiscal 2025 revenue estimate: $38.08 billion Fiscal 2025 EPS estimate: $8.75 Analysts are overwhelmingly bullish on Micron's stock, with 14 out of 15 analysts tracked by Visible Alpha having a "buy" or equivalent rating. The consensus price target is approximately $142, representing a 40% premium over the recent closing price------------------------------------------- Well, I got no idea what numbers will push the stock higher or lower. I sorta think MU will beat on EPS, no idea what they will do on sales. It seems HBM is probably still going gangbusters, but I haven't been paying attention to what's going on week to week in DRAM and NAND prices. I think they're slowing/declining? Not really sure. Both had been increasing in price for a while into last Q. Anybody know what to expect outta big MU this afternoon? I've got some $93 Dec calls that have doubled in the recent runup. I'm holding them through the results, praying for good news......
