Those are impressive numbers, but the key to REE mining is the metallurgy. All REEs are very similar chemically therefore difficult to extract and separate, so a new approach has to be developed for every deposit or set of deposits.

In any case it will be years before the REEs could become a source of income unless the property is sold or JVed out for cash.
