Wait, what? Is he saying that whenever you lie during a campaign hoping for votes for yourself or your guy, you've committed actionable fraud? In that case every bogus campaign promise would be actionable. What a field day! Start with Mexico will pay for the wall or tariffs will replace the income tax.
