I am stepping in only to say that I used QPR1 and am now using QPR2 and both have worked flawlessly using qp_view.exe. With QP R1 I had older version of IE and had to set up exe but with new IE4.0 I did nothing. I might add that during the time I was running R1 I had a number of crashes, WIN95 or other programs with flaws, not related to QP and had to reloaded the complete HD to correct the problem.
