Chris,

NORT is extremely weak but it looks like a good candidate for a quick trade on Mon. It has a 3 day RSI inverted head and shoulders breakout but it's at such a low level it's hard to put much conviction behind it. Short-term SMI has a little juice to it. I wouldn't expect more than 6 or 7% from low bid to high ask for one day. Other than that, it still needs more time. We'll see.
