Turnaround is just around the corner!

IABSF's reveneues did growth at an average rate of 30% in the last
four quarters. Even though the last quarter was with growth of 1%
a disappointment! I think the reason was, that during this period
the were in talks to acquire an other company, which did not happen
at the end.

The problem they have are the earnings.

FY95 (0.17) loss
FY96 (0.03) loss (just 4th quarter = 0.03 loss)
Last 4 quarters (0.04) loss

The trasportations cost are too high and the margins are too low.
IABSF produces the products on the West coast and the big customers
are on the East coast. IABSF is going to establish two to
three plants on the East side very soon. As a result the margins will
increase about 45% and so the earnings.

Good luck everybody

Michael
