Ron Holland told me that BAT would receive two Ford engines for
modification and testing. This statement was made on Feb. 10 at
the California Speedway. Also, Jim Heffel of UC Riverside has
confirmed this statement. I found two posts on the Yahoo thread
relating to this confirmation. An investor will soon find himself
questioning everything he knows if he reads enough of the distorted
imaginings of some of the BB posters. So what can I make of Ron
Holland's statements at the test? Well, we were speaking face to
face, and Mr. Holland didn't appear evasive to me. If anything,
he was very forthcoming in revealing information that he didn't
have to share with us. He didn't have to say anything about the
relationship of pulse jet engines to Dolphin technology. He didn't
have to say anything about tire inflation pressures. He didn't have to
say anything about camshaft acceleration ramps or diesel injector
racks or piston modifications. But he did. And I am inclined to believe
him. And I caution investors not to be swayed very far from their
own beliefs by anonymous posters who claim to know what the future
holds for BAT. I actually found a post on the AOL BB that announced
that BAT would not open for trading last Tuesday. So just take rumors
for what they are worth. All of this will be resolved over a period of
time, and those who expect to get rich overnight will take their
hype elsewhere.
