So you say we can kill illegal aliens.

Of course not. I did not say or suggest that. That's a straw man you have created. I am utterly committed to the agency and dignity of all human beings. The operative word there is beings

I take it as self evident that the term men includes woman. I do not take is as evident that sane humans are what ever sex they believe they are.

Whatever sex they may be or think they are, they are constitutionally entitled, as human beings, to equal treatment by the government. They--that means everybody--are also deserving, as fellow human beings, of being accorded said agency and dignity by the rest of us. You have espoused excluding pregnant women from their essential liberty. Now you want to exclude those who don't fit neatly into the male/female framework. Who else would you exclude?

Look, I think that some abortions are wrong and that some people are odd. But that is no excuse either legally or morally for depriving anyone of their basic rights or their agency and dignity. The essence of liberty is the negative right we all have to be left alone by the government. Left alone by the government means neither constrained nor celebrated. On a personal level, it minimally means tolerated. Nobody is required to like or or agree with or approve of anyone else.

When you espouse your right to override their rights with your beliefs and values, you are quite missing the point of the Framers.

There is a conceptual and practical difference between government and God. Except in a theocracy, which we are not. Best to keep that in mind.
