Good reasoning ...
Personally, I would discard the 20-million share short data
due to two main facts:

1. nobody knows what percentage of it is hedged with options
or long warrants and,
2. 20-mil. out of 888 million shares fully diluted is no big deal.

Also, INTC and MSFT are the two glamour stocks in the S&P index
that are easily manipulated to bring the market higher and then,
hedge it with "collars". People love a "good" story. // CA
