Shetland Season 9 I watched the latest season Shetland and came away satisfied. The new grumpy lead detective is settling into her role after taking over for the previous grumpy lead detective, only she doesn't have to force every word out between her teeth like he was doing his last few seasons. I found this season's story to be interesting primarily because of the complex characters we meet along the way. One senses there are more secrets to come out about the new grumpy lead detective's past, and maybe even Tosh's too. imdb.com LC
