We were declared "under God" only recently vis a vis the Constitution. I learned the Pledge the old way. The change came about as a statement against communism mid last century. It's hardly a product of the founders and its tradition is thin. It has no weight as an argument about anything but anti-communism.

That is where the simple binary is defined.

The only binary regarding the clump applies to the woman; she is either pregnant or not pregnant.

There's proof of a living cell. You have without basis extrapolated from that a living person. And assigned to it a burden of proof out of whole cloth.

How does you total freedom prevent relationship of any human with any other human with any restrictions.

Appropriately, freedom is proportionately constrained based on essential harm to others. Which is why I asked you that hypothetical about my being harmed by being shot dead in my bed. You did not argue at the time that I was harmed by my abrupt loss of life. Even were the clump in question a person, it could not be reasonably said to have been harmed.
