Amazing how many companies reject higher offers. KSS is in the same boat, they rejected $60 a share a couple years ago and now trade at $14. I don't think anything has changed with their real estate assets, they are still valuable and many are in prime locations, it might make sense to shutter some stores and just sell the real estate to unlock value.
