Well Ivan when it comes to IL and ACTS, I believe! I like those return to ACTS as well as you like those cats. So, when PRTL dropped to 23 3/4 on Wednesday (from 25), I jumped right in there (borrowed a few shares - as you would say). Well yesterday, it hit 27 and I must admit this short has caused me some discomfort. However, I AM A BELIEVER, as Dough can attest, and I am now operating on Faith. If that doesn't work, I'm calling in Hope and Charity to help me out!!! Good shorten PRTL. You can trust that I will cover in fairly short order - and before the ACT. At this point, I'm thinking 22? Whatchathink?
