I'm see a lot of bearish consolidations off the lows this morning.

You could make an equally convincing case for a complete a-b-c off the highs.

I was a bit suspicious when the VIX spiked up after the Fed and closed on the highs. It is very unusual for the VIX to reverse hard off a close on the highs. Typically lasting reversals come from intra-day spike highs on the VIX.
