My broad market breadth TA metrics confirm your read. But there are two problems with being a bear at this time: (1) My indicators are near the same levels as they were at August lows (ok a little worse, but in the same vicinity). So it is possible that this is a support. (2) We are in holiday season and the true market sentiment will not be known for another two weeks or so.

If someone is nimble and accurate, this is the time to make bets.
