I think I've described the process as well as I can.
Reread it when you have a fresh mind and see if it makes sense then.
Ninja trader has a tool for doing time fibs. I'm sure you'll find it in other places too.
Choose an anchor point and draw time fibs.
Choose the same anchor point and draw price fibs.
Where they intersect is your grid.
