I am convinced the orders by WCOM were just pushed back and not placed on hold. Of course, that was one reason I took the position. The other is an anticipated announcement by Bell Atlantic to become a customer and by T. I hope I am correct The person who told me to watch out for LU is close friends with one of CIEN's VC's. Do these guys have information we don't or are their fears based on possibilities the same as ours? Your guess is as good as mine. If I knew, I'd buy at this level. As it is, I'm on the sidelines.
