Paul, >>>Kurlak has been making calls on Intel - Sells and Buys - for about 6 or 7 years in which I have paid attention. I'd say more than 50% were bad calls. .... Kurlak has no long term affect.<<<

Given that Intel is one of the great business success stories of all time, how do you account for Intel's historic low valuation? Especially when compared to some of the others that I have listed:

KO ~ 42
MSFT ~ 53
G ~ 41
GE ~ 32
ORCL ~36
MRK ~ 32
AMD ~ Infinity
SUNW ~ 24
MOT ~ 31
DEC ~ 38
SGI ~ 90
ALTR ~ 24

My other question that I can't seem to get an adequate answer to concerns the other companies that I have listed above. How come they do not have analysts covering their business that project an air of authority sufficient to undermine managements guidance and suggests they (the analysts) know things that management doesn't?

When Oracle came out with their below than expected earnings - it seemed to have caught all analysts covering the company by surprise - and that was not the first time that Oracle has done this. In the early 80's Oracle caught analysts by surprise when they were booking anticipated sales - some of which never materialized.

Even with your second favorite company, AMD, with a much smaller revenue base and a far less complex business model, Analysts do not seem to be underestimating projections and or results and then recommending lower valuations.

vas gibt es?

Sincerely,

Mary
