I disagree with very little of what you wrote, but I believe that your knowledge is lacking regarding recently understood interactions between excessive linoleic acid (omega-6) consumption and sunlight. It's not about what's worse, sunlight or seed oils; it's the combination that is deadly. But there are dozens of other reasons that excessive seed oil consumption is harmful and virtually all modern diets are too high in them due to their low cost and ubiquity in the food supply.
