As of today, almost 400 billion dollars were moved by banks to the Fed in the Reverse Repo Facility over the last week. newyorkfed.org Usually, this window-dressing reverses after the end of quarter. It's not clear what will happen since the debt ceiling law expires at midnight and the Treasury can't issue on net new securities to attract the funds.
