The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Cardinal Energy Ltd. common share purchase warrants will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Jan. 3, 2025, under the symbol CJ.WT, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 14150G 13 7.
According to the TSX, the listing covers warrants forming part of the 60,000-unit financing at $1,000 per unit, pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Dec. 20, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated March 28, 2024. Each unit will consist of one 7.75 per cent senior unsecured debenture of the company and 65 warrants, with each warrant exercisable at $7 per common share of the company until 5 p.m. Calgary time on the date that is 36 months from the closing of the offering. The warrant agent is Odyssey Trust Company at its principal office in Calgary, Alta., and the market-maker is TD Securities Inc.
The company expects to close the offering before the open on Jan. 3, 2025. A total of 3.9 million warrants will be issued. The units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the supplemental listing of the debentures.
