Hey I seemed to wake everyone up today.:) A few very important things to keep in mind.

1) Montello -as a company- is worth nothing. All they own is the potential to find diamonds on the properties that they have interest in. Since to date they have found nothing - they are worth nothing other than the future possibility of having diamonds.

2) Once Montello hits Kimberlite they are still worth nothing. The only difference is the potential for hitting diamonds increases but they may be worth only the photocopier that they have in the office.

3)Redwood is in the business of making money. They have put 1.5 million into this venture and have got nothing out and may never get anything out. They will not put up the next 2.5 million unless there is indication that there is something there after this drilling program. If Montello called the option - Redwood would decline at this point in the program since they may be throwing money away.

4)Redwood has money but in the overall scheme of things they are small fry. They want to play but they can only gamble to a small degree.

5)DeBeers and the like make the Redwoods look like pocket change - if that.

6)Debeers can gamble 100 million, Redwood is pushing it at 1.5.

7)Debeers would want to get in early - to keep price down - Redwood can't go in further without major evidence of commercial deposit.

If Montello wants a partner -I would much rather it be DeBeers -Don't you? JP

PS We are all gambling that Montello may have something but at this time it is simply an educated gamble -don't forget this!
