Will Durant was not a scientist, and was probably talking in general terms to the non scientific public. I am being specific on a scientific matter regarding outliers. Anyone who spouts the words "settled science", especially with regard to untested vaccines, is an idiot. A full blown, dangerous, idiot. You need to learn to interpret outliers. Here is an "outlier". Ignore at your peril.
