The FCC is increasing the number of bidding rounds to four per day:

Beginning on Monday, February 23, and continuing until further notice, the schedule for the LMDS auction will be as follows:

Bidding Period 9:00 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. ET
Round Results 9:40 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ET

Bidding Period 11:00 a.m. - 11:40 a.m. ET
Round Results 11:40 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET

Bidding Period 2:00 p.m. - 2:40 p.m. ET
Round Results 2:40 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. ET

Bidding Period 4:00 p.m. - 4:40 p.m. ET
Round Results 4:40 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET

Question: Does anyone know how many rounds must go by without a new bid before the auction for a particular BTA is declared over?
