I don't know if this is of any value for your situation, but I firmly believe my two episodes of AFib were triggered by caffeine.

The first and worst which lasted 39 hours straight was in Jan. 2017 a day or two after eating some very dark chocolate. The next one 15 months later in April 2018 was from the same thing.

I've been 100% off anything containing even slight amounts of caffeine since then. No episodes in nearly 6 years.

Whatever it is I hope you find an answer, they can be very debilitating.
