You must believe that the State Dep't warnings concerning the dodgy Wuhan lab were a slick cover for the USA's deployment of the virus, a deployment which somehow cleverly induced the Chinese into the idiotic Zero Covid policy. Note: the Chinese are big on zeros, Zero Child, Zero Covid, as if the Fat Pandas can control human procreation and tiny microbes.
A ruse, then, on which the Chinese bit.
A ruse that hit our economy and our populace equally hard. We lost 1 million citizens out of the 7 million dead worldwide.
Mq., I must remind you that a pandemic does not respect orders or borders. Deploying a seriously infectious and deadly virus is as likely to boomerang on the idiot who lets it out of the bag as on his alleged enemy.
The case for China's criminal negligence in running the lab is clear.
But you must dig for the information, not imagine it.
And analyze the reaction of the guilty parties. If they obfuscate, lie, prevaricate, hide evidence, fail to cooperate, etc., all of which apply to the Fat Pandas, then one is justified in believing that they indeed have something incriminating to hide.
There is absolutely no question about it in my mind
The epidemic broke out not in some random city in China or India, Chile, Ecuador or the USA, nor near the caves of southern China where transmission from bats to humans can take place. It broke out in Wuhan, the home of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (the bat caves are hundreds of miles away) China's leading lab for coronavirus research. We also know that scientists there were genetically engineering coronaviruses under inadequate safety conditions.
The Wuhan researchers made a grant proposal to the Pentagon from a Pentagon program called Project DEFUSE. They wanted a $14 million grant to fool around with SARS 2, part of which was to manipulate the virus's furin cleavage site so that it could be inserted into other coronaviruses. The furin cleavage site in SARS 2 is what makes it so infective. How do we know that this is the case? The Chinese researchers said so in the DEFUSE grant proposal. The Pentagon refused because they considered the project too risky. The Pentagon presumably did not think the Chinese would be so crazy as to use such a manipulated virus as a bioweapon because it would affect the Chinese populace just as much as anyone else's.
Undaunted, our Chinese friends went ahead with the project. And we know this is the case because COVID 19 has the same characteristics of the program the Pentagon refused to fund.
Ooops, the Chinese have a tofu dregs lab and their work escapes.
The Chinese response: close down their coronavirus database early on in the pandemic and refuse to grant the World Health Organization or anyone else access to the work being done at Wuhan.
Is this innocent behavior or the furtive reaction of malefactors? You can believe it is innocent only if you have a serious case of naivete.
