You must know this, that when 144 stock from the Reg D, is traded off shore, it is sometimes very tricky to get the quote, usually you need a level III Bloomberg terminal, or equivalent. If you know any MM's pretty well, they can get it for you.
But be very careful, if Patrick emails you privately what I think he is going to email you, IGNORE it, he is only trying to diminish interest in this Company. OTOH, if he doesn't tell you what I think he is going to tell you then you can listen.
