PET caps have always failed largely because PET doesn't work with injection molding. Origin cracked the code using thermoforming. Bissell refers to his R&D team as the Avengers-- and he was not even referring to caps and closures, but furanics. Remarkably, these CapFormers can utilize both virgin and recycled PET.
