Biden is going to give a eulogy for Jimmy Carter. Everyone around Biden must despise him.


Biden is a loser, Carter was a loser. I remembered watching his malaise speech. He was a terrible president and got worse after RR kicked his butt. I recall a debate between Carter and some other clown versus George Will and I think William F Buckley. I tried to find it on internet but could not locate it.
