<< Right now my concern is for the hegemony of the oligarchs destroying our democracy to gain power and money.>>

I would like to believe you koan, but that does not seen to be the case. You are sounding off about some new "Vaxxines" that are being forced on people. The cost of these programs is monumental and there are a lot of oligarchs cashing in.

I understand what you are saying about Labour Unions, in the 20th century they were a vital ingredient in improving the terrible working conditions facing ordinary people. They are organizations that are susceptible to abuse just as any other though.

Being an English person, growing up in the last century, I of course was critical of both Germany and Japan as countries. Mainly for historical reasons, as that is what we were taught as school. As a young manufacturing engineer, they were very serious manufacturing rivals as well.

It's only when I moved to the States did I really learn what manufacturing was all about though. I found out that business methods employed in Germany and Japan were superior to anything that had been taught in the UK, except working for USA companies in the UK. For example, German Management was always far superior to anything in the UK (generally speaking) as they actually knew what they were doing. The labour unions were encouraged and the relationship between unions and management were excellent. They both understood what they were doing. Same in Japan. Why was Japan so good? One of the best manufacturing guys in the USA spearheaded their revival after WW2. English style management, and USA style management were absolutely frigging hopeless, and today, not much has changed. It's getting worse too. There are a few happy exceptions to that general rule though.

The code (if you like) of how to make stuff still exists in the Western world. A revival of industry and the rights of ordinary working people is still possible and exists.

You have to know what you are doing though, and sadly you are "off course". Not just "off course", you are sailing in the wrong direction entirely!

Headed for Niagara Falls looks like, and you are blissfully unaware of what you are doing.

I just hope that barrel you are sitting in is strong enough to withstand the journey.
