Thanks for sharing that background. UDC folks seem to pop up in places like this & Cynora & Kyulux & others, and then nothing in a material manner happens in the supply chain.

Bankruptcy & / or takeovers, either at tiny values are more likely.

Here funding $$ is tiny at this point so it's hard to imagine this will be an imminent threat. OTOH if Summer Sprout gets many millions or billions from the state then it will be interesting.
