1000 mg B3 niacin stuff is a lot. Efudix [the NZ brand name on the packet] is pretty good. 20 years ago I started using Aldara [another cream]. As you wrote, learning to use them is tricky. The reaction delays and follow up treatment and rest periods need figuring out to avoid problems.

I actually bought some niacin a week ago. 100mg. Will see what happens with it. Haven't got onto it yet. Did take one last week and got a skin reaction but wondered if it was imaginitis - itchy and seemed reddish but maybe I'd been in sun.
