You are not listening. I am pretty sure I understand what you said as well as you.

Do you understand the health and welfare of a society is the most important thing, and this is best achieved by a progressive income tax base, and a large healthy middle class with few poor.

The rich are doing just fine, better than just fine, the top 1% own about 30% of the entire wealth of the country, and that means they also have more than 30% of the power, and they do not pay their fair share of taxes because of that power.

Money is power, and if you read history you will not find any time when the rich were generous to the masses or poor of their own volition.

Democracy and the rule of law is the only way the masses can find justice.

The presidents and congress should balance the budget in good times, and borrow in bad times and pay it back in good times.

We are a shit country for all our wealth with a huge homeless problem and terrible health system because of the 50 years of the Republicans killing needed social programs like universal health care, so the rich won't have to pay taxes, and helping the rich avoid paying their fair share of taxes.

If you want to see what smart humanitarian countries look like, look at Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. The four best run countries in the world, with the happiest and healthiest children and citizens.

And what do they all have in common? They are all strong democracies with LARGE governments to help the people, with high taxes, and a large middle class, and very few poor and universal health care and affordable education.

We could have that, but the 1% have all the money, and now all the power to enrich themselves even more!

And watch them fuck over the poor!
