The last time I heard of an insider selling to raise $$$ for his mortgage was cowpland at Corel. And we all knpw what to the stock after the insider trading report was made public. If and I mean IF any insiders are selling its because they dont think the stock has thge legs to move higher any time soon. And not to raise $$$$ for car or mortgage payments IMHO.
