Once or twice a year I get a craving for English style fish and chips

Trouble is, they like to dump vinegar all over it, rendering it inedible for me. Often, fish and chip shops in the UK will do it automatically unless you tell them not to. Of course they think that Yanks dumping ketchup on everything is pretty gross, too..
