Just FYI, most of California's water reservoirs are at or above historical averages:

cdec.water.ca.gov

All of the reservoirs around Southern California (Cachuma, Casitas, Castaic, Diamond Valley) are at capacity.

Any water delivery problems near the wildfire are local, not statewide.
