$400 per month "fixed" for tie down, insurance, oil, and non-engine related reserves for annual, maintenance and upgrades. $65 per hour wet covers fuel, engine, prop, and gear overhauls, as well as general maintenance. Both the fixed and variable costs provide a surplus, thus actual costs are slightly less.
