How much money did New York and the rest of us pay to get NO PENALTY, NO JAIL, NO FINE, NO PROBATION AND NO COMMUNITY SERVICE? All we got was a pocket judge now sporting a huge stain on his pant's crotch area and a shit-eating grin.

Not too surprising since that's what all the real thieves', rapists and most murderers get in NYC from the limp wristed AG and judges.
