Or whether "good enough" materials can now be made for low end/middle tier phones without infringing on the UDC patents that are still active. That would be the logical path. Summer Sprout's presentations seem centered on expanding the color gamut to Rec 2020 which would be high-end but who knows what other materials they might have.
