Not because they haven't made overly optimistic statements. Not that the stock price isn't less than half what it was in October when they were claiming Quest would ship by the end of the year. No, the real reason nobody is suing SyQuest is that they don't have any money. Iomega makes a much better target, since they are sitting on a huge pile of cash. - Allen
