The Federal government should NOT give the State of California a single cent to rebuild from these fires!!! NOT ONE CENT!!! Instead, the federal government should give it directly to the residents who live there... Guaranteed, if any money goes to the State then that money will AGAIN be mishandled, pissed away, and lost... The people who live there and lost their homes will never see a cent from any federal aid if it's given to the State and not directly to the people... How many time does it take to learn a very simple and basic lesson??? GZ
