So... skateboard? bicycle? car? truck? plane? starship? toy car?

Cancer is a set of wildly different diseases with certain similar symptoms each often affecting different parts or systems of the body.

When someone says "I've cured cancer" that makes as much sense as my first statement.

And while there may be a cure that works on several different cancers (by targeting biological mechanisms), sometimes that cure works opposite on other types of cancers.

I'm not saying that what they claim doesn't (or does) work ... but for what disease(s)?

I still remember people eating fruit pits - especially apricot pits - because they contain small amounts of cyanide (they do contain a substance that turns into cyanide in the body) and laetrile is a similar substance (but not the same) which was said to cure...
