Those firetrucks weren't used to fight any fires because those trucks "failed the emission standards???" WTF??? They must be kidding!!! How about the smoke from the fires and the damage being done by the fires directly??? And they worry about emission standards??? Even a 4 year old child would have better sense that that!!!
