Both parties are subservient to the Deep State. Congress will unite to ensure that the Deep State has unchecked illegal surveillance powers over the domestic civilian population.
GOP Senators are telling Tulsi Gabbard that the only way she has a chance to be confirmed is if she renounces her long-standing opposition to mass FBI/NSA domestic spying powers, and vows to support FISA Section 702.

Also, note: "Gabbard isn’t expected to get any Democratic votes." Dems will vote in large numbers for Marco Rubio, Elise Stefanik, Scott Bessent: all establishment picks. But they won't vote for Gabbard - a DNC Vice Chair and Bernie supporter in 2016 -- because she's skeptical of the US Security State. Dems don't tolerate criticisms of that CIA, NSA, FBI, etc.
