Back ,, before the Alberta Heritage fund was squandered ..Alberta could have used the funds to build OIL REFINERIES and transport gasoline and fuel oil and related commodities to eastern Canada or B.C. Asia-Pacific or North America. Alternatively they could have used the funds to build more pipelines east through Canada or another west to the Pacific . But NO,, 50 years of squander compared to Norway and 50 years of blaming the federal government never recognizing their own folly ,, fault. en.wikipedia.org thenarwhal.ca Alberta has a pipeline to eastern Canada for many years called Line 5 to Sarnia Ontario.. you have been burning Alberta oil gasoline for years. Do you think trumpo will send up junior or Eric to turn the big valve and cut off Alberta,, cough Sarnia ?
