"Rule 144 stock: As many start up companies do, GPGI has been and is funding operations and expansion via the sale of stock as opposed to incurring debt with high interest rates" Bob: I probably shouldn't quibble with the messenger, but I would guess that few BB companies would be able to obtain debt financing. The rate of return available on fixed income investments is not enough to offset the risk of lending money to such companies. To put it another way, I would be thrilled to see that GPGI arranged debt financing from a reputable source. It would mean they were able to convince this source that they will be able to generate the money to pay off the debt.
